Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products offered on silkieherbs.com may be available through special purchase options such as subscriptions, pre-orders, promotional subscription offers, or “try before you buy” arrangements. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how billing, payment authorization, cancellations, and modifications work for these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

Certain products on our website may be offered as subscription purchases that provide automatic recurring deliveries. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat shipments of the selected product based on the delivery frequency and duration you choose during checkout. By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you are enrolling in a recurring billing program and authorize Silkie Herbs to securely store your payment method and automatically charge the payment method provided for each recurring order according to the subscription schedule you selected.

Subscription orders will automatically renew and continue to process according to the chosen billing frequency unless the subscription is canceled prior to the next billing date. The billing date generally occurs before shipment of the recurring order to allow time for processing and fulfillment.

Customers may modify, pause, or cancel a subscription at any time by using the subscription management link included in their order confirmation email or by logging into their customer account if account access is available. In order to prevent the next subscription charge, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled billing date. Once a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return according to our Return and Refund Policy.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that recurring charges will be automatically billed according to the subscription schedule selected during checkout until the subscription is canceled by you. Customers are responsible for reviewing subscription details and managing their subscription settings if they wish to pause, change, or cancel future deliveries.

Silkie Herbs reserves the right to modify subscription offerings, product availability, pricing, or delivery schedules when necessary. Customers will be notified where required by applicable law.

Promotional Offers and Free Trial Periods

From time to time, subscription products may be offered with promotional pricing, discounts, or introductory trial offers. These offers may provide a reduced price for an initial order or trial period before the subscription continues at the standard recurring price.

By accepting a promotional subscription offer, you acknowledge that the subscription will automatically continue at the regular subscription price after the promotional period ends unless the subscription is canceled before the next billing cycle. Customers are responsible for reviewing promotional terms and canceling their subscription before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue receiving recurring shipments.

Pre-Orders

Certain products may occasionally be offered as pre-orders. A pre-order allows customers to reserve and purchase products that are not currently in stock but are expected to become available in the future.

When placing a pre-order, customers may be charged the full purchase price at checkout, a partial deposit, or may authorize Silkie Herbs to securely store payment information in order to charge the order when the product becomes available for shipment. The specific payment terms will be displayed during checkout.

Pre-orders may be canceled at any time before the order has been fulfilled or shipped. Once a pre-order has been processed for shipment or fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Estimated availability dates for pre-order products are provided for informational purposes only and may change due to supplier delays, manufacturing timelines, shipping disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a pre-ordered product becomes unavailable, customers will be notified and any payments made will be refunded.

Try Before You Buy

Certain products may be offered through a “try before you buy” purchase option. Under this arrangement, your payment method will be authorized at the time the order is placed but you will not be charged immediately for the product.

After receiving the item, you will have a designated evaluation period to decide whether you wish to keep the product. If the product is returned within the allowed evaluation period and meets the eligibility requirements outlined in our Return and Refund Policy, the authorization on your payment method will be released and you will not be charged for the product.

If the evaluation period expires and the product has not been returned, your authorized payment method will automatically be charged for the full purchase price of the product.

Products returned through a try before you buy program must be unused and returned according to the instructions provided. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Payment Authorization and Billing Agreement

By selecting a subscription, pre-order, promotional offer, or try before you buy purchase option, you authorize Silkie Herbs to charge the payment method provided for all applicable charges associated with the selected purchase option. These charges may include recurring subscription payments, future pre-order payments, or charges resulting from products kept after a try before you buy evaluation period.

Customers acknowledge and agree that these charges are authorized transactions and not unauthorized or fraudulent charges. Customers are responsible for reviewing order confirmation emails, subscription details, and billing schedules.

If a customer believes a billing error has occurred, they must contact Silkie Herbs directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with Silkie Herbs may result in suspension of purchasing privileges or refusal of future service.

General Terms

All purchase options, including subscriptions, promotional offers, pre-orders, and try before you buy purchases, are subject to the policies outlined in our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service. Silkie Herbs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any purchase option at any time where permitted by law.
