What Is Heart Support Supplement?

Heart Support Supplement is a traditional Chinese herbal formula designed to support heart health, healthy circulation, cardiovascular wellness, Heart Qi, Blood nourishment, and overall cardiovascular function.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Heart governs Blood and houses the Shen (mind and spirit). Healthy Heart Qi and Blood circulation help nourish the entire body while supporting emotional balance, restful sleep, mental clarity, and healthy cardiovascular function. The Heart also works closely with the Lungs to circulate Qi and Blood throughout the body, promoting vitality and overall wellness.

When Heart Qi and Blood become deficient, or Blood circulation becomes sluggish, individuals may experience occasional palpitations, chest tightness, shortness of breath, fatigue, interrupted sleep, spontaneous sweating, night sweats, dry mouth or throat, dry cough, mental restlessness, or feelings of reduced stamina. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, these patterns may also contribute to poor circulation, reduced vitality, and diminished Heart function.

Heart Support Supplement is based on classical Chinese herbal principles and contains carefully selected herbs traditionally used to strengthen Heart Qi, nourish Blood, promote healthy circulation, support cardiovascular wellness, and maintain the normal rhythm and function of the Heart. This empirical herbal blend is commonly chosen by individuals seeking support for heart health, healthy circulation, cardiovascular function, Heart Qi deficiency, Blood deficiency, occasional palpitations, chest comfort, healthy energy levels, and long-term cardiovascular wellness.*

Benefits of Heart Support Supplement

Support Healthy Heart Function*

Healthy circulation is essential for delivering nourishment throughout the body. This formula is traditionally used to support healthy Blood circulation, helping maintain proper movement of Qi and Blood while supporting overall cardiovascular wellness and internal balance.

The Heart and Lungs work closely together in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This formula is traditionally used to support comfortable breathing, healthy Lung function, occasional chest tightness associated with Qi deficiency, and overall cardiopulmonary wellness.

Promote Restful Sleep and Emotional Calm*

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Heart houses the Shen, which influences emotional balance and restful sleep. When Heart Qi and Blood are well nourished, individuals may experience improved relaxation, emotional calm, and healthier sleep patterns.

Support Energy and Vitality*

Heart Qi and Blood play an important role in maintaining physical stamina and overall vitality. This formula is traditionally used to support healthy energy levels, reduce feelings of fatigue associated with Qi deficiency, and promote long-term wellness.

Common Signs You May Need Heart Support

This formula is traditionally used for patterns associated with Heart Qi deficiency, Blood deficiency, weakened circulation, and diminished Heart function according to Traditional Chinese herbal principles. Different individuals may experience symptoms such as:

Occasional Heart Palpitations

Individuals may notice occasional fluttering, pounding, skipped beats, or an increased awareness of their heartbeat, particularly during periods of stress, fatigue, emotional strain, or physical exertion.

Irregular Heart Rhythm Sensations

Some individuals experience occasional sensations of an intermittent pulse or irregular heartbeat. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, these patterns may be associated with deficiencies affecting the Heart's ability to nourish and regulate normal function.

Chest Tightness or Mild Chest Discomfort

Feelings of occasional chest tightness, pressure, or discomfort associated with Qi deficiency may occur when the Heart and circulation are not functioning optimally according to Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Shortness of Breath During Daily Activities

Some individuals may become winded more easily during normal daily activities or mild physical exertion. This pattern is traditionally associated with weakened Heart Qi and reduced circulation.

Dry Cough or Occasional Respiratory Dryness

The Heart and Lungs have a close relationship in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Individuals may experience an occasional dry cough, throat dryness, or mild respiratory discomfort associated with underlying internal deficiency.

Fatigue and Reduced Stamina

Persistent tiredness, reduced endurance, or feeling physically depleted may occur when Heart Qi and Blood are insufficient to fully nourish the body. Individuals may notice reduced resilience during busy or demanding periods.

Difficulty Falling or Staying Asleep

Because the Heart houses the Shen according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, internal imbalance may contribute to restless sleep, difficulty falling asleep, frequent waking, or feeling less refreshed upon waking.

Hypnic Jerks While Falling Asleep

Some individuals experience sudden muscle jerks or a falling sensation while drifting off to sleep. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, these occasional patterns may be associated with deficiencies affecting the Heart, Blood, and Shen.

Spontaneous Sweating

Perspiration occurring without significant physical activity or obvious environmental causes may reflect weakened Qi according to Traditional Chinese Medicine and is commonly associated with Heart Qi deficiency.

Night Sweats During Sleep

Waking during the night with perspiration or experiencing excessive sweating during sleep may accompany underlying deficiencies affecting the Heart and Yin according to Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Dry Mouth, Dry Throat, or Dry Stools

Dryness affecting the mouth, throat, or bowels may occur when Yin and Body Fluids are insufficient to properly nourish the body's tissues according to Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Feeling Easily Overwhelmed or Emotionally Restless

When the Heart is not adequately nourished, individuals may feel emotionally unsettled, mentally restless, or have difficulty relaxing. Traditional Chinese Medicine considers emotional well-being closely connected with healthy Heart function.

Poor Circulation and Reduced Vitality

Healthy circulation is essential for nourishing every organ and tissue. Individuals experiencing diminished vitality, poor endurance, or reduced physical resilience may benefit from supporting healthy circulation and overall Heart function.

Long-Term Heart and Cardiovascular Wellness

This formula is traditionally used as part of a comprehensive wellness routine to support healthy Heart function, circulation, emotional balance, sleep quality, and overall vitality over time.

Diet and Lifestyle Tips for Heart Health

According to traditional Chinese herbal principles, healthy heart function is supported by balanced Qi and Blood, proper circulation, emotional well-being, restorative sleep, and healthy digestion. Daily habits that nourish the Heart and support overall vitality may help promote long-term cardiovascular wellness, emotional balance, and healthy circulation.

Foods traditionally considered supportive for heart health include warm soups, leafy green vegetables, berries, oats, dates, walnuts, black sesame, whole grains, legumes, and other nourishing foods that support healthy Qi, Blood, and circulation.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Heart governs Blood and houses the Shen (spirit or mind), while healthy digestion helps produce Qi and Blood that nourish the Heart. Supporting both the Heart and digestive system is traditionally believed to promote emotional balance, restful sleep, healthy circulation, and overall vitality.

Consistent nutrition, quality sleep, regular exercise, healthy stress management, emotional well-being, and proper digestive health are important foundations for supporting heart health, healthy circulation, emotional calm, and long-term cardiovascular wellness.

What makes Silkie Herbs Heart Support different?

Silkie Herbs formulas are rooted in five generations of traditional herbal practice. Each formula is based on classical Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and uses carefully selected medicinal herbs prepared as traditional honey-bound herbal pills. We do not use capsules, compressed tablets, artificial fillers, synthetic binders, or unnecessary additives. Every batch is manufactured in the United States and undergoes rigorous quality testing to support consistency, purity, and authenticity.

Why does Traditional Chinese Medicine focus on the Heart for emotional wellness?

Traditional Chinese Medicine teaches that the Heart houses the Shen, often translated as the Mind or Spirit. When the Heart is properly nourished by Qi, Blood, and Yin, emotional stability, restful sleep, mental clarity, and inner calm are traditionally supported. Supporting Heart function has been a central principle of emotional wellness in TCM for centuries.

Can Heart Qi, Heart Blood, and Heart Yin deficiencies occur together?

Yes. These patterns often overlap in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Long-term stress, chronic illness, aging, overwork, poor nutrition, and inadequate rest may gradually weaken Heart Qi while also depleting Heart Blood and Heart Yin. Traditional herbal formulas are designed to nourish multiple aspects of Heart health simultaneously.

Can Heart Support be taken daily?

Many individuals choose to take Heart Support daily as part of their long-term wellness routine. Consistent use is often preferred when supporting healthy heart function, cardiovascular wellness, emotional balance, circulation, and vitality according to Traditional Chinese Medicine principles.

What foods help support heart health according to Traditional Chinese Medicine?

Many practitioners recommend a balanced diet that includes warm cooked vegetables, whole grains, beans, quality protein, berries, leafy greens, healthy fats, adequate hydration, and regular meals. Traditional Chinese Medicine also emphasizes reducing excessive stress while supporting healthy digestion, as the Spleen plays an important role in producing Qi and Blood that nourish the Heart.

Why are Silkie Herbs formulas made as honey-bound pills?

Silkie Herbs uses traditional honey-bound herbal pills rather than capsules or compressed tablets. Pure honey acts as a natural binding agent and has traditionally been used in Chinese herbal medicine to harmonize formulas and support digestion. This method allows us to avoid many of the synthetic fillers, binders, lubricants, and flow agents commonly found in modern supplements.

Are Silkie Herbs formulas third-party tested?

Yes. Silkie Herbs performs testing throughout the production process, from raw herb verification to finished product testing. This includes screening for identity, purity, heavy metals, pesticides, and microbial contaminants to help ensure quality and consistency.

Where are Silkie Herbs products made?

Silkie Herbs formulas are manufactured and packaged in the United States. Each formula is produced under strict quality standards while following traditional Chinese herbal principles and preparation methods.

What makes traditional Chinese herbal formulas different from single-herb supplements?

Traditional Chinese herbal formulas are carefully balanced combinations of herbs designed to work together according to classical TCM principles. Rather than relying on a single ingredient, each herb serves a specific role within the formula to promote balance, harmony, and overall wellness.

Why does Silkie Herbs use traditional herbal preparation methods?

Many herbs are traditionally processed using methods known as Pao Zhi (炮製), which may include roasting, steaming, honey-frying, wine-frying, fermenting, or aging. These preparation methods have been used for centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine to refine the properties of herbs and support their traditional functions.

100% Natural

Our herbal supplements are made with natural honey as the binder. Honey can support the lungs, intestine, spleen, and stomach; It works as a natural preservative with antibacterial and healing properties. Unlike other herbal supplement companies that use starch, magnesium, and other chemical substances as binders for their supplements, we only use 100% honey. We also avoid using vegetable capsules because they require chemical components to form the capsule shape.

Peak Harvest Herbs

The herbs in our herbal pill blends are harvested at the height of their potency and they are substantially more expensive than less potent herbs that were harvested in the pre-or post-season, but in our view, there is no substitute for premium quality.
