What Is Hallucination Relief (L) Supplement?

Hallucination Relief (L) Supplement is a traditional Chinese herbal formula designed to support emotional wellness, mental clarity, cognitive balance, restful sleep, and healthy emotional stability according to the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, emotional and cognitive imbalance may occur when Liver Qi stagnation combines with Blood Stasis, Deficiency Heat, and insufficient Heart and Spleen Blood, disrupting the normal function of the Heart and Shen (Spirit). When Qi and Blood do not circulate smoothly and the Heart is not properly nourished, individuals may experience emotional instability, frequent sighing, chest tightness, irritability, restlessness, insomnia, sadness, excessive worrying, poor concentration, or episodes of seeing, hearing, or sensing things that are not present. Traditional Chinese Medicine focuses on restoring balance by promoting the healthy circulation of Liver Qi and Blood, clearing Heat and Phlegm, nourishing the Heart and Spleen, and calming the Shen to support emotional wellness and mental clarity.

Hallucination Relief (L) Supplement is based on classical Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and contains carefully selected medicinal herbs traditionally used to promote the smooth flow of Liver Qi, invigorate Blood circulation, clear Heat and Phlegm, nourish Heart and Spleen Blood, calm the Shen, and restore emotional and mental balance. This empirical herbal blend is commonly chosen by individuals seeking support for emotional wellness, mental clarity, healthy mood, restful sleep, cognitive function, and overall balance of the mind and body.*

Common Signs You May Need Hallucination Relief (L)

This formula is traditionally used for patterns associated with Qi Stagnation, Blood Stasis, Liver Qi Stagnation, Heart and Spleen Blood Deficiency, and Deficiency Heat according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Different individuals may experience different symptoms, such as:

Frequent Mood Swings

Individuals may experience emotional ups and downs, sadness, crying episodes, or difficulty maintaining emotional balance. These patterns are traditionally associated with Liver Qi Stagnation and insufficient nourishment of the Heart.

Frequent Sighing

Frequent sighing is traditionally considered a common sign of constrained Liver Qi. Individuals may notice frequent deep breaths or sighs, especially during periods of emotional stress or frustration.

Chest Tightness and Emotional Irritability

Feelings of chest tightness, emotional tension, frustration, or irritability may occur when Qi does not move smoothly according to Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Restlessness and Difficulty Sleeping

Difficulty relaxing, feeling internally restless, or experiencing insomnia may occur when the Heart and Shen are not properly nourished by healthy Qi and Blood circulation.

Sitting Quietly While Deep in Thought

Some individuals may spend long periods sitting quietly, appearing withdrawn, lost in thought, or emotionally detached. Traditional Chinese Medicine associates these patterns with disturbances affecting the Heart, Shen, and Liver.

Seeing, Hearing, or Sensing Things That Are Not There

Some individuals may experience unusual sensory perceptions, including seeing, hearing, or sensing things that others do not perceive. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, these patterns are traditionally associated with disturbances of the Shen, Qi Stagnation, Blood Stasis, and internal imbalance.

Poor Emotional Resilience

Daily emotional stress may feel overwhelming, making it difficult to recover emotionally from challenging situations. Individuals may experience reduced emotional resilience and internal balance.

Deficiency Heat Patterns

Some individuals may experience signs traditionally associated with Deficiency Heat, including restlessness, disturbed sleep, emotional agitation, and internal feelings of heat despite overall deficiency.

Long-Standing Emotional Imbalance

Some individuals experience recurring or long-standing emotional patterns that gradually affect daily well-being. Traditional Chinese herbal formulas are commonly used to support long-term internal balance and emotional wellness.

Disturbed Shen According to Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine describes the Shen as governing mental and emotional well-being. Individuals with more complex, chronic, recurring, or long-standing patterns of emotional imbalance may benefit from combining this formula with additional herbal support to address underlying Traditional Chinese Medicine patterns and promote long-term emotional wellness, healthy Qi circulation, and internal harmony over time.

Diet and Lifestyle Tips for Emotional Balance, Mental Wellness & Liver Health

According to traditional Chinese herbal principles, emotional balance and mental wellness are supported by healthy Liver Qi flow, a calm Heart (Shen), balanced digestion, and adequate nourishment of the Blood. Daily habits that promote emotional resilience, restful sleep, stress management, and healthy circulation may help support long-term mental and emotional wellness.

For best results:

  • Eat regular, balanced meals on a consistent daily schedule
  • Prioritize warm, freshly prepared foods over excessive cold or raw foods
  • Get adequate sleep and maintain a consistent bedtime whenever possible
  • Aim for restful sleep between 11 PM and 7 AM to support the body's natural restoration
  • Practice Tai Chi, Qigong, meditation, yoga, deep breathing, or other relaxation techniques to promote emotional balance
  • Stay physically active with regular walking or gentle exercise to support healthy circulation and smooth Liver Qi flow
  • Spend time outdoors and maintain a balanced daily routine
  • Stay well hydrated throughout the day
  • Allow adequate time for rest and recovery during periods of increased emotional or mental stress

To support emotional balance and mental wellness, it is recommended to limit:

  • Highly processed foods
  • Excess sugar and sugary beverages
  • Excess alcohol consumption
  • Smoking and tobacco products
  • Excess caffeine, especially later in the day
  • Deep-fried, greasy, or heavily processed foods
  • Frequent late-night meals and irregular eating habits

Foods traditionally considered supportive for emotional wellness include warm soups, cooked vegetables, whole grains, dates, walnuts, lotus seeds, leafy greens, and other nourishing foods that support healthy Qi, Blood, and overall vitality.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Liver helps regulate the smooth flow of Qi and emotions, while the Heart houses the Shen (mind and spirit). Healthy digestion through the Spleen provides the Qi and Blood needed to nourish both the Heart and Liver. Supporting these systems is traditionally believed to promote emotional balance, mental clarity, restful sleep, and long-term wellness.

Consistent nutrition, quality sleep, regular movement, stress management, and healthy digestion are important foundations for supporting emotional balance, mental wellness, Liver health, and overall vitality.

Studies published in Frontiers in Pharmacology and the Journal of Ethnopharmacology have investigated classical Traditional Chinese Medicine formulas containing these herbs and their influence on neuroprotective pathways, inflammatory regulation, and the gut-brain axis, all of which play important roles in maintaining emotional wellness.

Additional research has examined the bioactive compounds found in Bupleurum, White Peony, Poria, Licorice, Jujube (Da Zao), and Wheat (Fu Xiao Mai), demonstrating antioxidant activity, healthy stress response support, neuroprotective properties, and their potential role in supporting healthy mood regulation and physiological balance. These herbs have been used together for centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine to help calm the mind, harmonize the Liver, nourish the Heart, and promote emotional stability.

From a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, emotional wellness depends on the smooth flow of Liver Qi, adequate nourishment of the Heart and Blood, and the proper balance of the Shen (Mind). 100% Natural

Our herbal supplements are made with natural honey as the binder. Honey can support the lungs, intestine, spleen, and stomach; It works as a natural preservative with antibacterial and healing properties. Unlike other herbal supplement companies that use starch, magnesium, and other chemical substances as binders for their supplements, we only use 100% honey. We also avoid using vegetable capsules because they require chemical components to form the capsule shape.

Peak Harvest Herbs

The herbs in our herbal pill blends are harvested at the height of their potency and they are substantially more expensive than less potent herbs that were harvested in the pre-or post-season, but in our view, there is no substitute for premium quality.
