Clear skin begins in the digestive system. While using this formula, it is recommended to:

  • Reduce spicy, fried, greasy, and sugary foods

  • Go to bed by 11 pm, so that all systems can detox and recover from the day’s activities.
  • Avoid dairy, alcohol, chocolate, coffee and crispy foods.

  • Increase lightly cooked vegetables

  • Drink warm or room-temperature water

  • Maintain regular bowel movements
