On the Silkie website there are extensive descriptions of what the herbal formulas do and the ingredients. The most important thing I can say from months of experience with a number of formulas is that the formulas do what they say they do. Depending upon what is being addressed you may see results in a few days, or if it is something like strengthening the kidneys after a long illness it may take longer. With real healing in a natural way a person must have patience and perseverance. Another very important addition to quality herbs is the guidance of a TCM doctor like Ann.
