“疲劳会让我们所有人都出丑。它夺走我们的技能、判断力，让我们看不到创造性的解决方案。”——哈维·麦凯
I have used just about every herb on this site and so has my grandmother she swears by them this one was for her and she loves it
Thank you so much Rhaniece! ❤️ It really means a lot to us that you and your grandmother have trusted our herbs for so many different needs. I’m so happy to hear she loves this formula too. Thank you both for continuing to support Silkie Herbs!
Since taking this spleen formula I have had improvements in digestion and it has affected my over all health for the better.
Thank you so much Chris for sharing this. I’m very happy to hear your digestion and overall health have been improving with the Spleen Support. In TCM, when the Spleen becomes stronger, digestion and the way the body transforms food into energy can improve too, so many areas of the body may benefit together. So glad you’re doing well! ❤️
We're starting to see changes with my daughter's cycle. What a relief!
Hi Keely, I'm so glad to hear your daughter is seeing positive changes! Wishing her continued health and wellness. Thank you for sharing your experience!
This product is great. Opens up the airways for clear breathing and my congestion so sleep is so much better. Highly recommend.
Hi Yeni, we're so happy to hear that the Asthma (H) Formula is helping you breathe easier and sleep better. Thanks for recommending us! Wishing you good health.
On the Silkie website there are extensive descriptions of what the herbal formulas do and the ingredients. The most important thing I can say from months of experience with a number of formulas is that the formulas do what they say they do. Depending upon what is being addressed you may see results in a few days, or if it is something like strengthening the kidneys after a long illness it may take longer. With real healing in a natural way a person must have patience and perseverance. Another very important addition to quality herbs is the guidance of a TCM doctor like Ann.
Robert, thank you so much for taking the time to write this. You explained something we always try to teach people, natural healing does take patience and consistency, especially when the body has been out of balance for a long time. We’re so happy to hear that you’ve had good results with the different Silkie formulas and that you’ve found my TCM guidance helpful along the way. Herbs are important, but understanding what your own body is telling you and knowing what to work on is just as important. Thank you for trusting Ann and Silkie Herbs all these months Robert, it really means a lot to us 💚
