Return and Refund Policy
At Silkie Herbs, we are committed to providing high-quality herbal products and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, opened herbal products cannot be returned or exchanged.
The following items cannot be returned once opened:
• Herbal supplements
• Herbal teas
• Herbal steamers
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Opened herbal products
• Perishable goods (including bird’s nest and certain third-party supplements)
• Intimate or sanitary products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Books (all book sales are final)
• Gift cards
• Microneedling, online consultations, and acupuncture service packages
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging in order to process a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Eligible returns must meet the return requirements listed above and be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For safety and quality reasons, opened supplement bottles, herbal teas, and herbal steamers cannot be exchanged.

Gift Returns
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Product Results Disclaimer
Because herbal and nutritional products may affect individuals differently, we cannot guarantee specific results. Refunds are not issued based on product effectiveness.
Fraud Review and Order Verification
Silkie Herbs reserves the right to hold, review, or cancel any order flagged by our system as potential fraud.
If an order is flagged, we will contact the customer to request additional information to verify the transaction. Orders will not be processed or shipped until verification is completed.
If the customer does not respond or provide the requested information within 5 business days, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Silkie Herbs is not responsible for delays caused by the verification process. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot be verified or is determined to be high risk.
Shipping Policy
At Silkie Herbs, we are committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) will be shipped the following business day.
Business Hours and Shipping Schedule
Business hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)
We do not process or ship orders on Wednesdays or Sundays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order, as we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Delivery Disclaimer
Silkie Herbs is responsible for preparing and shipping your order. Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier and tracking has been provided, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
Please check with household members, neighbors, or your local mailroom
Check around your property for secure drop-off locations
Contact your local USPS office directly — they may be able to confirm GPS delivery location
File a claim with USPS for further investigation
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled and Silkie Herbs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Reshipment Policy
We understand that delivery issues can be frustrating. While we are not able to replace packages marked as delivered, we may offer a one-time reshipment at cost as a courtesy.
Reshipment at cost includes:
Production cost of the product
Shipping cost
Reshipments may require signature confirmation or upgraded shipping to ensure secure delivery.
Shipping Options
Customers are encouraged to select secure shipping options at checkout. Faster or signature-required shipping options are recommended for high-value orders or areas with known delivery issues.
