为了获得最佳健康,请尽量吃清淡、均衡且易于消化的食物。不要吃生的、未煮熟的蔬菜和水果。最好避免吃甜食、油腻或油炸食品、奶制品、辛辣或调味浓重的食物、腌制食品和烧焦的肉类。不要吸烟、饮酒、喝咖啡和冷饮。
避免进食后立即上床睡觉。吃完最后一口饭后至少要间隔 2 个半小时才能上床睡觉。晚上 10:30 前上床睡觉,晚上 11 点到早上 7 点睡觉。
