避免暴露在风中或寒冷中。保存体力。不要过度活动。多休息。
吃完最后一口饭后至少要间隔 2 个半小时才能上床睡觉。尽量在晚上 10 点前上床睡觉,并在晚上 11 点至早上 7 点之间入睡。
